- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
- Create and optimize email templates and newsletters for improved open and click-through rates.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine subject lines, content, and calls to action.
- Analyze email performance metrics and implement strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
- Develop automated email journeys across the customer lifecycle such as welcome drips or lead nurturing journeys.
- Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance website user experience (UX).
- Monitor website analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage landing page creation and optimization for marketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research to inform content creation and improve search engine rankings.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.
- Contribute to improving SEO strategies and site optimizing website structure and content for search engines.
- Track and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook).
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts aligned with brand identity.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media performance and respond to comments and messages to foster engagement.
- Provide regular campaign performance reports with actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
- Manage survey projects to gather customer feedback.
- Contribute to improving SEO strategies and site structure.
