Senior Sales Executive

Your mission
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to take charge of creating and scaling our AI Industry sales organization. This pivotal role will be responsible for building our sales strategy, acquiring key customers, and driving the growth of our innovative AI-powered solutions in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a proven track record of establishing B2B sales teams in startups, transitioning from startup to scale-up phase, and achieving ambitious sales targets. ​

Sales Management

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting medium and small-sized manufacturing businesses in Spain, with a view to expanding internationally.
  • Build and lead the sales organization, starting as an individual contributor and gradually recruiting and training a high-performing sales team.
  • Establish a scalable sales process to support rapid growth.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and customer feedback.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Client Relationship

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Planning and Reporting

  • Define and monitor sales KPIs, analyzing metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for senior management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM about opportunities and client interactions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product and technical teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and market trends.
  • Work closely with marketing to drive lead generation efforts and develop innovative value propositions.
Your profile
  • Proven Experience:
    1. Demonstrated success in building and scaling B2B sales teams in a startup environment.
    2. Track record of selling to medium and small-sized businesses, ideally within manufacturing, AI, or technology sectors.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset:
    1. Hands-on and adaptable, capable of wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment.
    2. Strategic thinker with a vision for scaling operations locally and internationally.
  • Leadership Skills:
    1. Strong ability to inspire, manage, and grow a sales team while driving results.
    2. Commitment to fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Communication & Relationship Building:
    1. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    2. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. 
  • Technical Acumen:
    1. Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
    2. Understanding of AI and no-code solutions is a plus.
