Your mission
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead AI-driven data engineering projects in the telecom vertical. This role involves end-to-end project ownership, from initial setup and Proof of Concept (PoC) trials to full-scale implementation and operational transition. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, experience in AI or/and Data Engineering, expertise in managing complex projects in a telecom domain, securing that project goals are met, client’s expectations are fulfilled, and the relation with client is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.

- Own and manage client projects, including setup and evolutive projects.
- Define project plans, timelines, and deliverables for AI-driven solutions.
- Drive project execution: track project activities, perform risk management assessment, monitor and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues.
- Lead talented team of AI & Data engineers.
- Handle clients and partner engagement: manage client relationship by building confidence and trust, ensure project progress, arranging meetings and client’s events.
- Coordinate related tasks in ongoing (evolutive) projects.
- Develop the business: contribute with inputs for contract preparation and to the pre-sales activities.
- Lead & coordinate AI & Data Engineering tasks in projects, including PoC/Trials.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and AI & Data Engineering best practices.
- Handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring.
- Ensure smooth client acceptance and transition to Tupl DataOps and IT-Ops after project completion.
- Work with product managers, solution architects with contribution to the design of the portfolio with best strategies for value delivery to clients.
- Oversee JIRA project management, ensuring all tasks are tracked and updated.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports to the Engineering Director on project plans, status, milestones.
- Manage external/internal communication by ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
- Report on progress, achievements, deviations, issues, and escalations.
- Use JIRA, TEAMS, SLACK and email for structured project reporting.
- Deliver proper project documentation with lesson learnt.
