Your mission
As a Solution Consultant in the presales team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between customer needs and our solutions. You will engage with telecom clients, understand their technical and business challenges, design tailored solutions, and showcase how our offerings can deliver value. This role requires strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and deep knowledge of the telecom industry.

- Customer Engagement:
- Collaborate with telecom customers to gather business and technical requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding their challenges and aligning them with our solutions.
- Solution Design & Demonstration:
- Design customized solutions leveraging our software and services portfolio.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
- Develop high-level solution architectures and workflows tailored to customer needs.
- Lead POCs, Proof of Value (POVs) and Trials:
- Project manage the technical sales activities, including scoping POCs, POVs and Trials
- Support, drive and lead pre-sales technical activities and pilots, including but not limited to data collection for samples and project data, data analysis, on-the-job mentoring and report preparation
- Drive the customer to expedite the process
- Create and maintain all the technical solution documentation, as well as the technical project documentation for the customer
- Present the results and findings, to mid-management and engineering level audiences
- Technical Expertise & Support:
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs by providing technical content, solution descriptions, and value propositions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address technical queries and incorporate customer feedback into product roadmaps.
- Sales Enablement:
- Partner with sales teams to craft winning strategies for deals.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
- Prepare compelling business cases, ROI analyses, and technical documentation.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the telecom domain.
- Share insights with internal teams to maintain competitive positioning.
