Payroll, Labor Relations and Compliance Specialist

Your mission

We are seeking a Payroll and Labor Contracts Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing payroll processes and the administrative management of employment contracts, ensuring full compliance with Spanish labor legislation.

This position requires solid experience in payroll management, social security contributions, labor regulations in Spain, and a good command of English for internal and external communications.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the full monthly payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Administer employment contracts, amendments, and terminations in accordance with Spanish labor legislation.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of employees' labor documentation.
  • Manage employee registrations, deregistrations, and changes with Social Security authorities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external audits related to labor matters.
  • Advise management on labor law updates and implications.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the relevant authorities as required.
  • Liaise with external providers and legal advisors when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English in a professional environment.
Your profile

Requirements:


  • Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in payroll management and labor contract administration in Spain.
  • In-depth knowledge of Spanish labor law, social security regulations, and payroll processes.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • High level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle confidential information with discretion.

 

Desirable skill:

 

  • Experience with A3Inuba
  • Experience wit USA payroll
  • Experience with Equality Plans Administration (Plan de Igualdad)
