We are seeking a Business Process Automation Consultant to join our team at a leading telecommunications operator. In this role, you will lead end-to-end analysis of customer and network operational processes, identify value opportunities, and define transformation strategies through intelligent automation.
• Conduct deep diagnostics of operational processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
• Design and lead change management process to ensure the adoption of the automations in the operational processes
• Design and lead the implementation of the technical solutions for the customers (by SW and by AI agents)
• Map complex workflows and define detailed requirements for automation solutions
• Lead transformation initiatives from conceptualization through implementation and go-live
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives
• Support the development and communication of business case jointly with the client (cost reduction, time acceleration, quality enhancement) and follow up the measuring of the impact after deployment
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams
Your profile
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process automation and transformation projects at T-Mobile or equivalent tier-1 operators
• Experience with software & data engineering, including architecture, technology, design and technical implementation best practices
• Track record at a technology and transformation consulting firm (Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Capgemini, or similar)
• Deep knowledge of telecom processes and frameworks such as: Customer Care, CEM, NOC and RAN Operations
• Ability to perform impact analysis, process mapping, and technical requirements definition
• Strong communication skills across multiple organizational levels
• Results-oriented mindset with focus on business value
Valued Plus
• Experience with governed, hybrid automation architectures that combine agentic reasoning with deterministic, rules-based execution—the approach that delivers production-grade reliability in complex operational environments
• Experience with other process automation platforms (RPA, iPaaS, workflow engines)
• Relevant certifications in automation, consulting, or digital transformation
• Direct experience with network optimization and RAN automation workflows
